Hope and pray, a miracle will happen and her cancer will be gone in no time. Despite of the trials you have, your love to each other is strongly there and i can sense that it even strengthen your relationship. With cross-cultural marriage, I think whatever test you'll have, you'll be able to overcome as long as love, respect and faith are there.
