Cross-Cultural Communication skills is a relatively new term, referring to the ability to recognize cultural differences and similarities when dealing with someone from another culture and ability to recognize features of own behavior which are affected by culture.

Training

We recognize that every organization, every business has special needs when facing cross-cultural communication problems. Though the basic topics are the same for all our training forms, we are prepared to customize our seminars and courses to the specific needs of our clients.

Our Goals:

  1. To provide an understanding of the issues and problems that must be dealt with in the cross-cultural communication process
  2. To examine the cultural values, assumptions, attitudes, and behaviour of both immigrants and business people, and how these influence the process of interaction
  3. To examine communication in terms of language and culture in services/business and community setting
  4. To understand that one's own cultural framework and limits affect ongoing relationships with people of other cultures, and that the exploration of these cultural limits is an ongoing process
